Dear Frances Drake families,

We are excited to have received our students in grades 1-5 this week! Students are learning routines and already are starting to dive into the curriculum for the year! We are also excited that this coming Tuesday our Kindergarten students will also join us! Welcome to the Frances Drake family! As we start the month of September, here are a few dates for your attention:

Monday, September 4th - No school due to Labor day

Tuesday, September 5th - First day for Kindergarten students

Thursday, September 14th - Texas Roadhouse Dine-Out (PTO Fundraiser). More information will be sent to you next week.

Thursday, September 21st - Open House from 5-7 PM. More details to come.

Saturday, September 23rd - Johnny Appleseed Festival in downtown Leominster 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Tuesday, September 26th - Public PTO meeting from 5:45-6:15 PM

Lastly, we are looking for one or more volunteers to serve as referees of informal basketball and soccer games during recess. Recess starts at 11:00 a.m. and end at 1:15 pm but we will be appreciative of any time or days you can do during those windows. Have a fantastic Labor Day Weekend!
