Good day, Sky View Family.
The countdown is truly on now! As of this evening, we have 4.5 days of school remaining…wow! Reminders and Requests for the final days:
Credit Recovery (Summer School): Families of students requiring Credit Recovery this summer due to failing a core class for the year will be emailed by the end of the week and a physical letter will be mailed. These families will also receive login credentials and information from our Credit Recovery Coordinator, Ms. Samantha Comeau (samantha.comeau@leominsterps.org), over the course of the next week.
Final Days - Our students are definitely feeling the excitement of the upcoming summer break. While some of our school experiences will feel less structured over the final few days, behavioral expectations remain at the same high levels as always. We tell all students that we expect their best behavior until they are off the buses and away from the bus stops after the last day of school. Please help us to remind our students of these expectations so everyone can enjoy the final days of school in a responsible and respectful manner.
Collection of Chromebooks, Chromebook chargers and all other school materials begins over the next few days! Students should plan to have all of their materials in the building no later than Monday, June 17.
SkySam Bowl - Wednesday, June 12, 5-7 pm, at Doyle Field: SkySam Bowl (our annual flag football game against Samoset) at Doyle Field.
- All students and families are welcome to watch and cheer on our 8th grade teams!
- Admission is free - Concessions will be available for sale!
Girls High School Soccer - there will be a meeting with Coach Turcotte tomorrow afternoon at 3 pm in the LHS “wooden gym.”
- Bus leaves Sky View at 2:30 pm to bring students to LHS.
- Meeting is 3-3:45 pm
- Parents pick up students at LHS at 3:45 pm (at the flagpole entrance).
