Hello Johnny Appleseed Families,

I want to start off by thanking everyone who was involved in Italian Night, as well as all our families and community members that attended! It was so much fun seeing everyone gather together! We are so fortunate to have so many people who want to be a part of such an amazing school community. It was quite a success.

This week we will continue with winter assessments and close out the 2nd quarter of the school year. Standards-based report cards will come home next week and there will be reports from the winter assessments that will provide you with some insight into how your student is progressing, areas of strength, and areas we will be targeting for improvement.

Friendly reminder - there is NO SCHOOL tomorrow, January 15th.

Attendance: Attendance Matters - please make every effort to have your child come to school. Sickness happens, and we trust you will determine what your child needs. If you need any support with getting your child to school, please do not hesitate to reach out.

PTO News:

Boosterthon will be making another comeback this year as our big fundraiser. This year’s Boosterthon will be dedicated to the outdoor classroom. We are excited to bring enhancements and improvements that will make the outdoor classroom that much more accessible and desirable for teacher and student use.
